Collease purchase Trafford Park offices

Collease are delighted to announce that we continue our investment in improvements to our Trafford Park location. We have recently completed a four bay workshop and trailer washing facilities. We now add the purchase of the adjacent two storey office block which will now form part of our site. The block comprises of ten offices and collease will occupy the entire ground  floor. Refurbishment will begin this week. The upper floors of the buildiing have some existing tenants, additional offices are available to lease on a flexible basis.

Duncan Scillitoe, Director says " This purchase enables us to secure Manchester depot's place in our network. The Collease business model means we operate fully owned and fully staffed depots to provide personal service to our customers. We do not operate at arms length through third party sites like many trailer hire companies."
