Investment in Depot and other properties

We are very pleased to start 2011 with a major investment - the purchase of our Depot at Trafford Park, Manchester. Our parent group property company, Peter Colby Property Division, completed the purchase of the 1.3 acre site just before Christmas.

The site includes a large yard, storage area, offices and a small factory. The factory and offices enjoy leases with existing tenants. We aim to develop the site by building our own workshop and wash facility during the next few months.
